Loophead walking tours reserves the right to restrict the number of participants to ensure the highest standard of the tour experience
In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled on our side, loophead walking tours will offer an alternative tour date or a full refund.
If you wish to cancel the tour, we recommend you should look at rescheduling which is a free option. "at the operator's discretion".
If rescheduling is not an option, here are our terms.
15 days before the tour 80% refund, ( 20% needed for admin )
14 - 8 days before the start of the tour = 50% refund
Less than 8 days unfortunately there is no refund
All cancellations can be discussed via phone call or email and hopefully resolved
Exceptions are always made for cancellations due to a “force majeure” event such as weather or health issues and a full refund will be issued at the discretion of the operator .
